Hold Your Meeting, Retreat or Conference in
Our Teahouse Pavillion
Have your retreat, wedding, reunion, workshop or conference in our Teahouse Pavilion! A cozy, intimate space nestled among shore pines, the pavilion can accommodate up to 60 people.
There is a spacious deck from which to enjoy our sea breezes and lovely views of the ocean. A fully-equipped kitchen is available for preparing your own meals or let us arrange catering to suit your needs.
The Teahouse Pavilion is a Japanese style building. It's a beautiful 24' x 32' space with a vaulted ceiling. There are French doors opening onto the 2000 square foot deck, and windows opening onto the lawn. You'll also enjoy the surf views.
It has a wood stove with glass door as well as electric heat. A varnished
hardwood floor inside and glass windbreaks around the deck outside make
this pavilion perfect for any use at any time of the year. 
Other features
include folding tables and chairs and plenty of electrical outlets.
The Teahouse pavilion rents for $300.00 per day plus $500.00 cleaning/security deposit (refundable), and includes the use of the tables and chairs. If you wish to use the kitchen there is an additional fee of $200.00. Our 6' stainless steel Barbecue is available to rent for $100.00 ($40.00 of which will be refunded upon return of a clean barbecue). There are also 3 deck tents available for $100.00 each.

Susan Ertsgaard provides professional quality photographs taken on location for a reasonable cost. She will do on-site photos of events, family gatherings, reunions, anniversaries and weddings. She also does photography for brochures, postcards, advertisements and any other business need.
